Earlier today we met with one of our possible caterers for a tasting. I’d say things definitely went well because we had booked them and put down a deposit by the end of the meeting. I’m not going to include too many details about our menu so that people can arrive with no expectations, but our caterer is Fallier Food and Design and we love that they not only care about food, but care a lot of about presentation and decor. They have also been so flexible and understanding about our budget and design sense. Hopefully I can effectively communicate my vision to them, and I have a good feeling that they’ll be able to realize it.
